How to apply
Businesses that wish to apply for a Digital Growth Voucher will first need to check their eligibility via the Digital Enterprise website. The eligible check only takes a few seconds to complete and you will know instantly if your business is eligible and you will then be asked if you wish to proceed to the online application.
However, this does not guarantee that your application for a Voucher will be successful, since other factors relating to your investment proposal are also used to determine the outcome of your application.
The online application can take up to 30 minutes to complete. But you can save your application at any point and return to complete it at a later stage prior to submitting it.
Anything else you should know?
Your business must be B2B to be eligible for the grant, however in Spring 2017 there will be masterclasses, workshops, and mentoring available to B2C businesses.
You cannot apply for vouchers retrospectively. And, when applying for funding for a digital project you must have a project in mind and an idea of the total cost of the project.
Digital Growth Vouchers can only pay for upfront cost for digital solutions – revenue costs are not eligible. Digital marketing charged upfront by a supplier e.g. as part of a web development project may be eligible but will need to be assessed by Digital Enterprise’s Advisers for eligibility.
Only one Voucher per SME is permitted. This is to ensure that the programme is as inclusive as possible giving a larger number of firms the opportunity to benefit from the limited Voucher funding pot.
