2) Tell us what your business does as though you were describing it to your grandma
We provide DSE/workplace assessments for clients throughout the UK and then specify and supply any specialist seating or desk top accessories to meet the requirements of the member of staff.
3) How long have you been in business and what’s your proudest achievement in that time?
We’ve been in business for 10 years and since we set up our Ergonomics Division 4 years ago, I’ve been privileged to work with a fantastic team of people who committed to VergoUK and the work we do for our clients.
4) Who are your main customers and what does your business or product help them to achieve or do better?
We work throughout the UK with Central and Local Government, the NHS, Universities, large blue-chip corporates and lots of smaller businesses, all of whom are committed to providing their staff with comfortable working environments and in particular, good quality, fully adjustable task chairs. At VergoUK we provide onsite DSE assessments to help organisations stay compliant and help reduce posture related absenteeism.
5) What do you think is the difference that makes your business special compared to your competitors?
We assess accurately and fairly and only ever recommend new or additional specialist products if they are needed by the individual concerned. If we can make their existing equipment work for them by providing some simple training whilst on site doing the assessment, then we are happy to do so.
6) When did you realise you needed some help from Vizulate Digital? What were you wanting to do or achieve?
We were looking at different routes to market as part of our expansion plans for 2018/19 and wanted to find an effective method of driving inbound enquiries.
7) How do you feel working with Vizulate has helped you to achieve your goal?
Vizulate now have a good understanding of what we want to achieve and together we are constantly testing, measuring and adapting our digital marketing to maximise our ROI.
